Destination Downtown Food Hall | 2 N. Atlantic Ave., Cocoa Beach
Debuting in June 2025, Destination Downtown Food Hall has quickly become a culinary hotspot.
Hosting a variety of vendors, including Vampire Penguin with its unique 'shaved snow' desserts, Fowl Mouth offering fried chicken and burgers, and Von Asia Kitchen blending Jamaican and Asian flavors, this food hall caters to a wide range of tastes.
The venue also features a mimosa bar and a beach shop, enhancing the overall experience.
Keep It Local Café | 902 Florida Ave., Cocoa Village
Opened on October 7, 2025, Keep It Local Café is designed as a community hub in Historic Cocoa Village.
By day, it serves fresh-squeezed lemonades, vibrant mocktails, specialty coffees, and authentic British teas.
The menu includes freshly baked goods like gooey chocolate chip cookies and hearty toasts such as avocado and smoked salmon.
The pet-friendly patio and onsite parking add to its appeal.
Fatburger | 2055 Viera Blvd., Viera
Scheduled to open in late 2025, Fatburger brings its iconic West Coast burgers to Brevard County.
Known for classic burgers served with 'The Works,' the menu also features Impossible burgers, turkey burgers, chicken sandwiches, and fries.
This location marks the third Fatburger in Florida, joining others in Celebration and the Tampa area.
Cocoa Beach Mercado | 1325 N. Atlantic Ave., Cocoa Beach
Anticipated to open by Thanksgiving 2025, Cocoa Beach Mercado is a massive entertainment complex featuring 12 restaurants, a craft brewery, private event space, an 8,000-square-foot covered courtyard, and a rooftop bar.
With a focus on providing a unique and memorable experience, it aims to become a culinary and entertainment haven for both locals and tourists.
Dave & Buster's | Bromley Drive, Viera
With the submission of an official site plan, Dave & Buster's is one step closer to making its debut in Viera.
The proposed entertainment center will include a full-service restaurant, arcade gaming, and billiard tables, adding to the growing development in the area.
The Grilled Cheese and Crab Cake Co. | 695 N. Atlantic Ave., Cocoa Beach
Featured on 'Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives,' The Grilled Cheese and Crab Cake Co. is expanding to Cocoa Beach, with an opening between the last week of October and the first week of November.
Known for its unique combination of grilled cheese sandwiches and crab cakes, this spot promises a delightful dining experience.
Champ's Steakhouse | 100 N. Sykes Creek Pkwy., Merritt Island
Set to open in the coming months, Champ's Steakhouse will combine elements of a sports bar and a steakhouse.
